Custom Personal Care Labels for Shampoo, Body Wash, Lotion & Soap

Custom roll and product labels for hair care, bath and body, hand care and soap brands. We help review label size, film or paper material, finish and application details for bottles, jars and selected squeeze containers before sampling or production.

Labels Built for Daily Use. Paper Packaging When the Product Line Needs More.

Start with the container, use environment and label application method. Add paper sleeves, folding cartons or insert cards when a launch set or repeat SKU range needs a coordinated retail presentation.

Personal Care Label Applications

Labels for pump bottles, refill bottles and shower products exposed to moisture, product residue and frequent handling.

What Personal Care Labels Need to Do

A personal care label must communicate the product clearly while remaining suitable for the container, application method and real-use environment.

Clear Product & SKU Identification

Make product names, scents, formulas, sizes and barcode areas easy to distinguish across a growing product range.

Moisture, Oils & Frequent Handling

Bathroom moisture, lotions, oils and wet hands can affect material, adhesive and protective finish decisions.

Correct Fit for the Container

Rigid bottles, curved jars and squeeze packs may require different label dimensions, material flexibility and application checks.

Coordinated Retail Presentation

Labels can be aligned with paper sleeves, folding cartons and insert cards when the product line needs a consistent retail presentation.

Technical Details to Confirm Before Sampling

The practical label direction depends on the actual container, use environment, application process and approved artwork—not appearance alone.

Share the container material, dimensions, curvature and whether it is rigid, semi-squeeze or fully squeezable. Glass, PET, HDPE, PP and flexible tubes can behave differently, so label fit and adhesive direction should be reviewed against a confirmed container or sample.

Tell us whether the product will be used in a shower, near a sink, in contact with lotion or oil, or handled with wet hands. Film material, adhesive and matte or gloss protection can then be reviewed. Final resistance should be confirmed through sampling for the intended use.
Confirm whether labels will be applied by hand or machine and whether you need roll labels, front-and-back labels or a wrap label. Machine-applied projects may also require roll direction, core size and maximum roll diameter.
Provide buyer-approved artwork or a draft showing the product name, ingredients, directions, warnings, barcode and batch areas where applicable. If paper sleeves, folding cartons or insert cards are required, align their dimensions and artwork after the primary label specification is confirmed.

Personal Care Product Labels FAQ

For products exposed to bathroom moisture or frequent handling, PP/BOPP or other film label options are often reviewed. PE film may suit more flexible containers, while paper labels are generally better for dry-use packs or a specific natural retail look. Final selection should be checked against the actual container and use condition.
Yes, but the label size, material flexibility, adhesive and overlap area must suit the container. Send container photos, dimensions or a physical sample so label fit can be checked before production.
Yes. Samples can be discussed to check label size, container fit, material, finish, color direction and practical handling before bulk production. The sample type, cost and lead time depend on the label construction and artwork status.
We can review production details such as label size, bleed, small-text legibility and barcode position. Ingredient declarations, warnings, product claims and market-specific regulatory wording must be approved by the brand or its local compliance adviser before production.
We can review water- and oil-resistant label constructions using suitable film, adhesive and protective finish options. Performance depends on the container surface, filling process, exposure level and application conditions, so sample testing is recommended before bulk production.
Please share the product type, container material and size, label dimensions, quantity per SKU, artwork status, use environment, finish preference, application method, destination country and whether samples or paper packaging are needed.
MOQ and lead time vary by label size, material, finish, quantity per SKU, artwork readiness, printing method and whether a physical sample is required. Share your target quantity and launch date so we can review a practical production route.
Yes. Once the container and label specification are confirmed, we can review matching paper sleeves, folding cartons, insert cards or paper bags for a product launch, gift set or repeat SKU range.
