Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TC Pack Co. website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website is designed for B2B packaging inquiries related to custom product labels, stickers, paper boxes, inserts, sleeves, bags and packaging sets. These Terms apply to website use only and do not replace any written quotation, purchase order, pro forma invoice, supply agreement, confidentiality agreement or other project-specific document.
Website Information
The content on this website is provided for general business information and quote preparation. Product photos, material descriptions, finishing examples, process notes, lead-time discussion and packaging suggestions are not guaranteed specifications unless they are confirmed in a written quotation, sample approval, order confirmation or separate agreement.
Packaging structures, materials, adhesives, finishes, color results, sample needs, compliance-sensitive requirements and export packing details can vary by project. Buyers should confirm important requirements before production.
Quote Requests, Samples and Orders
Submitting a form or contacting TC Pack does not create an order. A project becomes binding only when both sides confirm the applicable quotation, specification, payment terms and order requirements through the agreed written process.
Quotes may depend on product type, structure, size, material, printing method, finishing, label format, artwork status, quantity, timeline, destination market and other project variables. Sample availability, sample cost, production timing and shipping arrangements should be confirmed before the buyer makes a final production decision.
Customer Artwork and Specifications
You are responsible for providing accurate artwork, dielines, product details, text, barcode information, logo files, color references and packaging specifications. TC Pack may review submitted files for production feasibility, but this review does not replace your responsibility to confirm final text, barcode readability, legal marks, product claims, regulatory statements, spelling, dimensions and market-specific requirements.
If your packaging is used for food, supplements, cosmetics, chemicals, child-related products or another compliance-sensitive category, you should confirm all regulatory and labeling requirements with qualified advisers before production.
Intellectual Property
The TC Pack website, text, layout, images, graphics and brand elements are owned by TC Pack or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. You may view the website for business evaluation, but you may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell or misuse website content without permission.
You keep ownership of artwork, logos and brand files you provide to TC Pack. By sending those files, you confirm that you have the right to use them and authorize TC Pack to review, quote, sample, produce or coordinate the packaging project you requested.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, forms, email links or uploaded file paths. You must not attempt to interfere with website security, submit malicious files, impersonate another person or company, send unlawful content, scrape data at scale, or use the website in a way that could harm TC Pack, other users or service providers.
Third-Party Links and Tools
This website may include links, embedded tools, analytics services, contact tools, map tools, payment-related tools, file tools or other third-party services. Third-party websites and tools are controlled by their own providers. TC Pack is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
Payment, Shipping, Taxes and Import Matters
Payment terms, shipping terms, freight costs, insurance, duties, taxes, import documentation and destination-market requirements are handled according to the applicable quotation, invoice, shipping arrangement or written agreement. Buyers are responsible for confirming import, labeling, product and market-entry requirements that apply to their destination market unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
No Guarantee of Results
TC Pack works to support packaging planning through artwork review, sample discussion, production coordination, quality checks and export packing review where applicable. However, website information does not guarantee search rankings, advertising performance, retail sales, perfect color matching, zero defects, regulatory approval, damage-free shipping or any specific commercial result.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TC Pack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use, website unavailability, third-party tools, reliance on website information or materials submitted through the website. Any project-specific liability, if applicable, should be determined by the written quotation, order confirmation or agreement that governs that project.
Governing Terms and Dispute Handling
If a separate written quotation, invoice, purchase order, supply agreement or other contract applies to a project, that document controls the project-specific terms. If there is no separate written agreement, TC Pack and the buyer should first try to resolve website or inquiry-related issues through good-faith communication. Formal remedies, jurisdiction and governing law will depend on the applicable transaction documents and the law that applies to the specific relationship.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the website, business process or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date shows when the page was most recently revised. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
